Welding Tabletop DXF Bundle — Four Sizes, 24 x 36 & 36 x 60 in

Four welding tabletop designs in one digital bundle: 24 x 36 x 6, 24 x 36 x 4, 36 x 60 x 6 and 36 x 60 x 4 inches. Each has a one-piece top, interlocking support ribs and four underside leg mounting plates.

You receive design files for CNC plasma cutting, not physical tables, metal or hardware. All four sizes are included. The 120 x 48 x 6-inch tabletop is sold separately.

SPECIFICATIONS
- 24 x 36 x 6 inches (609.6 x 914.4 x 152.4 mm).
- 24 x 36 x 4 inches (609.6 x 914.4 x 101.6 mm).
- 36 x 60 x 6 inches (914.4 x 1524 x 152.4 mm).
- 36 x 60 x 4 inches (914.4 x 1524 x 101.6 mm).
- Nominal 1/4-inch (6.35 mm) steel for all four designs.
- 5/8-inch fixture holes on a 2-inch square grid.
- The 4- and 6-inch dimensions are tabletop depth, not floor-to-top height.

FILES INCLUDED
One ZIP with separate folders for all four sizes. Each folder includes a full-size inch-unit DXF, SVG, three-page drawings PDF, layout PDF, cut-quantity CSV and instructions. Common support files and license are supplied once.
Each size has eight labeled cutting profiles. The 24 x 36 designs each require 22 pieces; the 36 x 60 designs each require 25. These counts include four top leg flanges and four foot/caster flanges per table.

BUILD NOTES
- Use only the chosen size's files and quantities together.
- Confirm usable machine travel and sheet size for the one-piece top, including margins and lead-ins.
- Layouts show one of each part type and are not optimized stock-sheet nests.
- Import at 1:1 in inches. Cut only CUT geometry; INFO_NO_CUT is reference information.
- Add your own toolpaths and kerf compensation. Test hole and joint fit against your actual steel and cutting setup.
- Foot/caster flanges have four 5/8-inch mounting holes and a 13/32-inch center clearance hole for a nominal 3/8-inch leveling-foot stem. Select nuts or threaded inserts separately.
- Legs, casters, leveling feet, fasteners, native CAD and STEP files are not included. No load rating is specified.
