Return and Refund Policy

All sales of digital products on CADtsy are final. Due to the nature of digital downloads, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase has been made and the file has been made available for download.

No Refunds

Because our CNC reference guides and digital content are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," all purchases are non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Defective or Undelivered Files

If you experience a technical issue — such as a corrupted file, a failed download, or a file that was never delivered — please contact us within 14 days of purchase. We will investigate and, where confirmed, resend or replace the affected file at no additional cost.
