120 × 48 × 6-inch Welding Tabletop DXF Files

Build a 120 x 48 x 6-inch welding tabletop with CADtsy DXF and SVG files for CNC plasma cutting.

This 10 x 4-foot design combines a one-piece top, interlocking support ribs and eight underside leg mounting plates. It uses 1/4-inch steel with 5/8-inch fixture holes on a 2-inch square grid.

- Digital download only. No physical tabletop or material will be shipped.
- This size includes the tabletop and separate flange profiles. A leg structure, casters, leveling feet and hardware are not included.
- Buyer is responsible for machine setup, toolpaths, safe fabrication, assembly, finishing and finished-product safety.

Build Notes
- The top is a single 120 x 48-inch piece. Confirm usable machine travel and stock size, allowing for cutting margins and lead-ins.
- The part arrangement is not a sheet nest. Apply the quantities and arrange parts for your stock in CAM.
- Cut only the CUT layer. INFO_NO_CUT contains reference labels and borders.
- Kerf compensation and toolpaths are not included. Test hole and joint fit for your machine and actual steel thickness; finishing may be needed.
- Foot/caster flanges have four 5/8-inch mounting holes and a 13/32-inch center clearance hole for a nominal 3/8-inch leveling-foot stem. Suitable nuts or threaded inserts and mounting hardware must be selected separately.
