This downloadable CNC-ready file package is for fabricating a 2400 x 1200 x 1000 mm welding fixture table from 6.0 mm steel plate with a welded 70 x 70 x 3 mm square-tube base. No physical table, steel, tubing, clamps, welding tools, hardware, or finished item is shipped.

- Fabricated tabletop assembly: 2400 x 1200 x 150 mm / 94.5 x 47.2 x 5.9 in.
- 16 mm fixture holes on 50 mm centers.
- Tab-and-slot plate construction with a 0.2 mm slot-fit tolerance.
- Requires CNC cutting, tube cutting, welding, and bolted assembly.
Recommended Materials and Hardware
- 6.0 mm steel plate.
- 70 x 70 x 3 mm square steel tube.
- 30 M16 x 40 DIN 933 hex bolts.
- 30 M16 DIN 934 hex nuts.
- 48 M16 DIN 125 flat washers.
Cutting Layouts
- Supplied 6 mm plate layouts: 2903 x 1498 mm and 2740 x 1488 mm.
- The supplied layouts exceed a standard 2440 x 1220 mm / 8 x 4 ft sheet.
Before Cutting
- CADtsy designs are created in millimeters; check file scale and units before sending files to CAM software.
- Verify stock size, machine travel, kerf, material thickness, slot fit, hole diameter, machine settings, and toolpaths before fabrication.
- Clamp or fixture the tabletop assembly flat before final welding.
