Nature of Digital Products: As our products are digital, CADtsy cannot accept returns since digital sales are inherently final. Nonetheless, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction. Should you experience any issues with our digital files within the 30-day policy period, such as receiving corrupted files or files with missing components, do not hesitate to reach out to us. We are dedicated to resolving such issues by either fixing the problem or providing a new file. In instances where we're unable to rectify the issue, a refund will be offered.
Conditions for Refund Eligibility: For a refund request to be considered, the problem must be associated with the files we've provided. Unfortunately, we are unable to grant refunds for complications arising from your own system's software or hardware.
