24 x 36 x 4-inch Welding Tabletop DXF Files
Build a 24 x 36 x 4-inch welding tabletop with CADtsy DXF and SVG files for CNC plasma cutting.
This design combines a one-piece 24 x 36-inch top, interlocking support ribs and four underside leg mounting plates. The 4-inch dimension is tabletop depth, not floor-to-top height. Designed for nominal 1/4-inch steel, with 5/8-inch fixture holes on a 2-inch square grid.
DIGITAL FILES ONLY
No physical tabletop, metal, legs or hardware will be shipped. This purchase contains this size only.
SPECIFICATIONS
- Finished tabletop: 24 x 36 x 4 inches (609.6 x 914.4 x 101.6 mm).
- Material: nominal 1/4-inch (6.35 mm) steel.
- Fixture holes: 5/8 inch (15.875 mm), 2-inch (50.8 mm) centers.
- Process: CNC plasma cutting, followed by welded tab-and-slot assembly.
- Full-size DXF and SVG units: inches, scale 1:1.
FILES INCLUDED
- DXF and SVG cutting files with eight unique part profiles and labeled quantities.
- Three-page assembly and part-reference drawings PDF.
- Annotated part-layout PDF.
- Cut-quantity CSV, import/setup instructions and license.
- 14 tabletop pieces plus four top leg flanges and four foot/caster flanges: 22 pieces when cut to the supplied quantities.
BUILD NOTES
- The top is one piece. Confirm usable machine travel and sheet size, including cutting margins and lead-ins.
- The illustrated part arrangement is not a stock-sheet nest. Apply the quantities and arrange parts for your stock in CAM.
- Cut only the CUT layer. INFO_NO_CUT contains reference labels, borders and footer.
- Toolpaths and kerf compensation are not included. Test hole and joint fit for your machine and actual steel thickness; finishing may be needed.
- Foot flanges have four 5/8-inch mounting holes and a 13/32-inch center clearance hole for a nominal 3/8-inch leveling-foot stem. Select suitable nuts or threaded inserts separately.
- Leg structure, tubes, casters, leveling feet and fasteners are not included. Native CAD and 3D models are not included.
- Buyer is responsible for machine setup, fabrication, assembly, finishing and finished-product safety. No load rating is specified.

⚠️ Technical Support & Scaling
• Unit system: CADtsy designs are generally prepared in millimeters (mm). Check the product description for product-specific sizing details.
• Import scale: If your software is set to inches, a DXF or SVG file may import at the wrong scale. Re-import using millimeters where possible, or confirm the scale before cutting.
• DXF import help: If a DXF opens 25.4 times too large or too small, read why DXF files import at the wrong size before scaling or cutting.
• DXF or SVG: Read DXF vs SVG for CNC cutting before importing or creating toolpaths.
• Before cutting: Verify material thickness, kerf, bit or nozzle size, toolpaths, machine setup, and software compatibility before producing a final part.
• Support: If you are unsure about a file or license question, contact CADtsy.
